Our knives are all made from a special blend of high carbon stainless steel that is specially formulated to give unmatched edge, holding ability and flexibility.
Our knives are made of the highest quality proprietary steel. The steel is produced exclusively for us in the United States by Russell Harrington. The steel is high in carbon and yet retains enough chromium to make it stain resistant. It measures 59 to 60 on the Rockwell scale, making it a superb steel that will keep it's superior edge with little effort. |
